accept returns?

We know that some online knife dealers offer "no questions asked" returns.

Do you know what happens to those blades that get sent back?

They get shipped out to the next guy in line, who is effectively getting a used blade.

We would NEVER ship you a knife that had been in someone elses possession.

Our knives come from the manufacturer and we inspect them before they are get shipped to you to ensure your satisfaction.

Your new knife is covered by the manufacturers warranty should an issue arise.

Do you accept any other payment beside PayPal?

Yes. You may pay with check or money order, or you may phone 1-810-765-6454 to arrange Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express payment.

We prefer to handle credit card payment over the phone to ensure the security of your financial data.

What if the knife I ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure that our online inventory is up to date, but sometimes we sell out in the shop. Should we happen to be out of the blade you ordered and paid for, we will immediately refund your payment and then inform you when that item is back in stock.
